What
is included in the package price?
Every party package includes 8 children for 90 minutes (with the exception
of the Fit for a Queen' Party which includes 2 hours). We provide
invitations, costumes and jewelry for the children to wear for the duration
of the party, personalized name tags and a craft for the children to take
home, food and beverages for the children, cupcakes for the children, a
tiara for the birthday Princess and wands for her guests to take home (only
available for the Princess Party package), thank you cards, and activities
as time allows.
What
if I am expecting more than 8 children?
Each additional child is a $16 charge. Additional invitations are also
available for $1 each.
When do I give you my final number of guests?
When we call to follow up the week of the party we will get the final
number of guests and their first names (for the name tags). We need to have
the final count by the Wednesday before the party. Once we have the final
count that is how many children we will prepare for.
What if all the guests don't come the day of the party?
Once
we have the final count from you, that will be the number of children we
will prepare for (food, crafts, and staff) and regardless if they come that
day or not it will be the number of guests on the final balance.
How much would it cost to customize my child's party?
To
combine elements of one party with another (example: adding the crowning
ceremony with tiara from the Princess Party to a Crazy Hair Salon Party)
is an additional $75.
What if I want to celebrate more than one child's birthday at the same party?
We
will need to know this when the party is booked and it is an additional
$20.
Can I hire a Princess or Performer for my child's birthday?
We
do not provide this service but we do have a few companies we have worked
with in the past that we can recommend. Please let us know if you have hired
someone when we follow-up the week of the party.
Should I invite boys?
While
many of our parties are "girl oriented" we always make an extra
effort to accommodate boys. We have boy's costumes and they do a picture
frame instead of the traditional "Princess Purse" during craft
time.
When do I add an additional 30 minutes?
If
there will be more than 10 guests at the party we always suggest to add
the additional 30 minutes so there will be enough time to finish all the
activities (dressing, face painting, games, eating, and cupcakes). The additional
30 minutes is also a good idea if you wanted to add more activities or gift
opening!
What time should I arrive before the party?
We
ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early.
Is there a breakage fee for the china used in the Tea Party?
No!
Do I pay for younger or older children who come but do not participate?
There
will be an extra charge of $16 for every child that comes to the party and
participates in the craft, games, or the meal. If they come but do not participate
in any activities it will not be an extra charge.
What do I do to reserve the date and time for my child's party?
You
can either call or come in the store to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit.
This will hold the date and time for your child's party. The remaining balance
will be paid immediately following the party.
How many children can you accommodate?
We
can accommodate up to 20 children
Where do we park?
In
consideration of our neighbors we ask that for the duration of the party
that you and your guests do not park in the parking lot. There is street
parking available on Riverside Dr. and on Fulton Ave. There is also parking
located across the street.
Can I bring refreshments for the adults?
Yes!
We will have an area set up where you can bring refreshments for the adults.
We will also have chairs set up for them. We do ask that there be NO alcohol
on the premises, though.
